APPOINTMENT DEPOSIT
All services require a $50 deposit (full-face and skin consultations are paid in full in advance) to secure your appointment.
Cancellations with less than 48 hours of notice will result in a non-refund.

LATE ARRIVAL POLICY
Patients arriving more than 15 minutes late to their appointment will be deemed as cancellations and will forfeit their booking deposit.
Please call/text us if you are on your way and may arrive late— we will do our best to accommodate you.

NO-SHOW POLICY
Patients who have no-showed their appointments without prior warning will not only lose their deposit but will not be able to rebook in the future.
