Clemens Face + Body is a Boston-based private injectable and skincare studio specializing in skin rejuvenation and facial balancing treatments. Our purpose is to deliver high quality aesthetic treatments with the most natural-looking outcomes.

Clemens was founded by Jo Sulistio, NP-BC, a board-certified aesthetic nurse practitioner whose expertise has been honed through rigorous training and mentorship under some of the world’s leading plastic surgeons, cosmetic dermatologists, and top-tier aesthetic injectors.

As a member of the Aesthetic Multispecialty Society® she merges her experience treating skin disorders in primary care with her specialized background in endocrinology. Her unique blend of clinical expertise enables her to deliver advanced, results-driven treatments.

STUDIO POLICIES

Arrival

Please arrive alone and no more than 10 minutes before your scheduled appointment. We have a locked-door policy that allows for maximum privacy, security, and safety during our patients' treatments. If you do happen to arrive earlier than expected, please send us a message at 929-501-5181 to check in. We highly recommend taking full advantage of the many cafes, coffee shops, and outside seating during your wait.

Booking Deposit & Pre-payments

With the exception of the prepaid consultations, all appointments made require a $50 deposit. The deposit fee will be applied as credit to the total cost at the end of treatment. Changes made to an appointment in less than 48 hours in advance will result in a non-refundable deposit or prepaid visit.

Late-Show

Please be aware that we provide a 15-minute grace period for lateness. Patients who arrive more than 15 minutes late to their appointment, without prior warning or permission granted, will be deemed as a no-show and will forfeit their appointment deposit or pre-payment.

No-Show

Patients who fail to show for their appointments will forfeit their appointment deposit or prepayment and will not be able to book any future appointments. Exceptions may be granted in certain cases.

Payments

Full payment is due at the time of treatment. We do not offer payment plans. We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), in addition to cash in the specific amount. We may accept Venmo under certain circumstances. All transactions are considered final, and we do not issue refunds unless in certain circumstances.

Tipping and Gratuity

We do not accept any tips in any form. However, if you would like to show us extra appreciation and support, we happily welcome leaving a review on our Google page or referring friends and family members to our studio.

Other

We reserve the right to refuse and/or discontinue treatment on any patient with or without cause. As the patient, you also reserve the right to refuse and discontinue treatment at any time.
